That isn't all. If you don't choke off the common mode (as mentioned in the owner's manual), you'll have more issues than not tuning down!
As Conor alluded to, mounting is everything. Unfortunately, most folks mount their ATAS using a K400 or similar clip on mount. No matter how careful you are, sooner or later the set screws will loosen, and the common mode with go through the roof. Sanding to bare metal isn't the answer either, as this does nothing but promote rust which exacerbates the ground issue in the first place.
