Hi All:

I ordered this tiny radio from Amazon for $ 16.95. The very first H-T I used was a tiny Kenwood with no display.
This might help some kid with pocket money - the jury is out, it hasn't arrived yet.

No, it can't be programmed manually, you have to use a computer to plug the pairs or simplex freqs in, like most commercial radios. Though it does work well.
