I have had problems mostly with Samsung TVs going on and off on their own when I run about 20 watts JT65. What worried me more, is my not knowing what is going on in my neighbors homes.  None of them know I am into ham radio since I use stealth antennas.  I am not about to go knocking on doors.  Basically about a year ago I went QRT.

So what suggestions are there for your neighbors who have stuff going off and on.  It is nice to learn here that the problem is the touch buttons.  Not so nice an idea for me to knock on a door, identify my hobby, walk in and start taking their TV apart.  I see no solution especially since the problem can creep up even with a clean QRP rig out fifty feet away.

After applying the good neighbor policy, don't worry about it. If your station is clean, you are operating within the rules.

The worst touch control rfi problems can appear later with the new touch control water faucets! I can see the headline:

HAM RADIO OPERATOR CAUSES FLOOD.
