I heard a south pole station for the first time tonight. Got me thinking, what CQ Zone would that be? It looks like a bunch of them all converge on the pole.

Which one?  If it was KC4AAA or KC4USN, it can count for any one of the seven zones, that converge at the actual pole.  If it's any other station, their zone should be on the QSL card.

it was KC4AAA.

If I contact the same station at the south pole 7 times on 7 days can I claim all 7 zones?

My question is now if I contact the same polar station on different days can I choose two different zones?

Why not ask the people who write the WAZ rules?  From the pubished WAZ rules:

" Questions regarding the zone location of a particular Antarctic station should be directed to the WAZ Award Manager."
