It hasn't started at all well here. Heating has given up and I can't find any emergency cover working today that can fix oil burning heating......

Happy New Year!!

And sympathies to RZP.

My New Year's resolution: finally getting on the air after 42 years of dithering.

KB1WSY, Tnx!

See if I can find someone working Jan 2.

My New Years Resolution: in my 51st year as a ham, to be on the air - no QSOs at all in 2013! BUT, I've been offered a great deal on an  Acom 1500 amp for about $2700 with 8  months still on the warranty.

Please, someone, put KP1 on before I've got Alzheimer's or are dead!

HNY everyone

Tell you what. You get on the air for the first time in 12 months, and I get on the air for the first time ever, and perhaps we can QSO.

How does your ham XYL tolerate being married to a ham OM who doesn't QSO for a whole year? Just curious.

Am traveling to the UK in March BTW.

Be warm.

I thought you said she was complaining that you took down the tower?

But that's because she likes to see it there, even if she doesn't use it!

That's not what my XYL says, and she's not a ham. I don't even have a tower, so you are a king among men.
