I am new to using a mac and aether logger

I purchases the log program and found it very easy to use.  I uploaded to lotw when first arrived and again last week.  However when I tried to upload today something was different and I don't know what I did that changed things.

This morning when I logged in my weekend dx contacts I received message every time I clicked new qso "Missing valid lotw certificates for one or more qso".

I clicked cancel then added the qso info, when I click new qso the same window pops up.   That window didn't pop up last week.  I am not sure what file may be missing or needed,

When I go to arrl lotw site and upload a window pops up

"does not appear to be a trusted /qsl file"

any suggestions on what to do or look for?

All my files are on my hard drive up under folder Ham LoTW
