I just worked 3W4DK on 20 and have been searching for QSL info to no avail. He's showing up on the reverse beacon as a legit station and he has the typical polar flutter on his signal. All of the typical places either have no data on him or say QSL info will be posted later. I have his home call address if all else fails but I'd really like to get his confirm. In my 40 years on the air this is the first Vietnam station I've heard. To work him was an RF thrill.

Yes, I checked them first, then QRZ.com and thought that maybe someone had further info. Usually these things are set up in advance. I'll just have to keep my eyes open for any info and thanks for the good wishes.

Hopefully he will have a QSL option other than mailing to Russia. Mailing green stamps to Russia can be like going to a casino.  Grin (and I've never been that lucky at casinos)
