Not sure about the frog..  can you post a youtube video with the audio?.  14.070 of course is the normal PSK31/PSK63 frequency. But a video with audio would help considerably with the ident.

Frog croaking?

AMTOR has the familiar croaking sound. PACTOR not as fast. G-TOR even slower.

Time to break out my old KAM-Plus.

Naww!!! 160 meters Morse is where it's at.
