I just wonder how often this happens?

I have sent email, and even talked on the phone for 2 different WTB items I have.

One agreed to my price and shipping and we exchanged 20 emails and several phone calls. He said he was mailing a MO. I never got it, and he never answered my phone calls or email again, when I asked what happened as it was all packed up with nowhere to go!!

I answered another WTB and again all was set. At the last minute I got an email saying that he was not going to buy it.

As a matter of courtesy can't a buyer just say they changed their mind, instead of letting us wonder. The second transaction did this, but ONLY after I opened a sealed box for a new item. Now it is not sealed any more.

I am NOT going to ID anyone, and if one of you read this, I don't mean anything other than wonder why a WTB can fail with no response after someone says several times that they want the item.

Am I just unlucky?
