I am just about done with my TNC-X and I just, based on the instructions where to stick the jacks they gave me and then to which parts what wires goes to on the board. Could someone look at what I numbered on this image and tell me if I have it set up right and then to what numbers goes to what on the circuit board. I cant wait to try this out.

OK, I'll help.
The "mono" jack you have on the right should be on the left. It will be used for the "audio in" and "ground" coming to the TNC-X. This can come from your ext speaker jack on the rig.
The "stereo" jack on the left will be your "mic", "PTT" and "ground" that goes to the mic jack to the radio.
The other "stereo" jack that was on the left, and now you should have moved to the right, will need to be wired for your GPS. You need to really make sure to get this one right.
I usually do away with the 1/8" jacks, and use DB-9 Females, as they are more robust. I wire the one for the radio according the the Kantronics pin out, and I wire the one for a GPS like a serial connector on a computer, which would be ground, data in, data out, all others unconnected.
If I am going to use one as an APRS digi on a mountain, I wire the radio interface cable direct to the board, to keep someone from unplugging it.
You'll like the TNC-x. I have built two for APRS digis (W4KCO-7 and W4KCO-3) and one for a WL2K PMS Packet (WM4RB-10). I also have fixed two that others built, and own a TNC-X / USB myself. I plan to add at least two more to my collection, to run with the new Paclink MP for WL2K.
On the APRS digis, we used the X-Digi board. It's simple, does what it is supposed to do. There is one "glitch" in it. The source code will allow the digi to digi itself, if the beacon path contains more than one hop, such as WIDE2-2. That is because it has not "heard" itself in the alloted "dupe time". Big deal, one extra packet every 10 minutes or so...not a problem.
