Does anyone know of a simple command line TNC output emulator utility that will allow me to convert a Lat,Lon,Time value into an APRS compatible WAV file? Actually if it just let me convert a text file that would be enough as I could format the payload myself. Optionally, since I know enough about programming and WAV file format to create the file, can anyone point me to a reference or source code that shows how one would turn an ASCII string into AFSK tone definition data (a series frequency number of cycle pairs). Thank you. RKM

UI-View32 + AGWPE + Sound Recorder Setup the APRS software, and tell Sound Recorder to capture the output...
