Hello, i just got the opportunity to get a Drake L-4B in excellent condition for a good price here in Germany. But i dont know how to connect it to my Icom IC 756 ProII. Can someone please help me. (Please forgive me for my bad english) 73, de DC8JJ Heinz

I have the same setup, you will need a Ameritron ARB-702 it is a solid state keying box that will work with the Icom 756PROII. the pro has a 16v 500ma reed relay. it is a real relay but if you make a box or external relay make sure the relay is 12v and no MORE than 500ma. most relays 12v 150ma. I built a box for mine. 73's mike wb7qxu

i also got a nice l4b this week and having problems with the ptt. may need a ptt adapter or rely for my icom 746 pro.is this your only problem?
