The PSK31 bulletin for Sunday at 11a CST, 14095kHz was QRM'd beyond repair by what appeared to be a pactor station. That was the only one I could receive, and it got blown away. Shame. Unfortunate choice of frequency, unfortunate lack of foresight by the offending station.
