Where does the bill say anything about code requirements? Sounds like another hopeful rumor started by some of the CW group. The code requirement is not coming back. Ignore the voices of the past. Listen to the leaders of the future! However, I look forward to code becoming a special area of ham expertise for all licensees to aspire to. If you know code, you can build a small transceiver in a breath mint can for $40.00 and communicate wherever you go. How cool is that?
