Listening to your own cw signal

A year or so ago I ran across a web site where a guy had a software defined radio setup to the web. He may have also been using Skimmer. This allowed you to transmit cw and then to listen to it online as received on the other end ... the other end being in Europe. You just logged onto his page and selected the call you wanted to listed to. There was a few second delay, but it was a great way to analyse your own signal oir compare antenna performance.
Does this sound familiar to anyone? I've looked everywhere and cannot locate the resource. I sure would like to find it again! Any help is appreciated.

Sounds like WebSDR: http://www.websdr.org/
The one at the University of Twente is very reliable and has good/quiet RX antennas: http://websdr.ewi.utwente.nl:8901/
