I ordered a number of antenna components and some cable from this company back in September of this year. It is now a day before Thanksgiving and nothing has been received from Radioworks. I've emailed and called several times but there has been no response to queries regarding the status of my order. Once a gentleman answered the phone and said "I'll call you right back" but that call never came. The Radioworks obviously has major difficulties in the conduct of it's day to day operations. This experience leaves me wondering if Radioworks could simply care less about customer service. Fortunately there are other companies offering similiar products that do seem to be in business to service the needs of their customers.

I have ordered from Radioworks many times during the past several years. I have always had the complete order delivered within a couple of days with no problems at all. On a few occasions, the order was delivered two days later, much to my surprise.

Ive ordered from these folks several times with rapid response. My last 2 orders were for antennas with custom specs, and even so they arrived in less than 2 weeks. Good folks here!

I have had great service from Radioworks on several occasions. In fact, I have been amazed how quickly I received what I ordered on the west coast.

I ordered some simple items approximately one month ago. Nothing heard from them since, and no reply to my email request for info on my order.

Still no product, but in all fairness, it was a complicated order.
Wire, insulators, antenna rope, two baluns. All exotic stuff.
I did receive an email after 6 weeks, saying they would 'look into' my order. No contact since. Guess they're still looking.

Update: after 2 months and no further communication from RadioWorks, I re-ordered last Friday from AES Milwaukee, virtually an identical order.
Yesterday, BOTH orders arrived via UPS ground.
AES took 2 working days.
RadioWorks took 2 working months.
Your choice.

Company customer service seems to vary. Several friends have Radio Works antennas and are quite pleased with products and service.
On the other hand, I can't even get a catalog from the company. I have requested a copy repeatedly, since spring of 2006, and even sent along cash for postage, but never received a thing.
I guess they don't want my business.
