Outstanding outgoing quality control. Every component separately packaged and labelled containing: Mouser PN, Customer PO, Mfg. PN, Description, Qty, Line Item No., and Invoice #. This info is very important to me while I have multiple projects in process.
Backorders itemized and clearly noted; and they pay the freight!!! Very pleasant personnel.

All agreed, of all the component suppliers I have used Mouser are the best.

Agreed 100%, Mouser is pretty cool, and nearly as good as Digikey with regards to keeping stuff in-stock and shipping out on time. They don't 100% overlap with Digikey so I use both depending on what I need and who has it.

Strangely enough, other vendors (e.g. Antique Electronic Supply, Jameco) are now selling "Xicon" brand resistors/capacitors, which I always thought of as the Mouser house brand.

Speaking of Jameco, I have placed numerous orders with them and have not had one problem with either delivery or quality of service. All orders were filled exactly the way I listed. Recommend using them if you have problems elsewhere.

Just placed an order with them and one item (a precision voltage regulator) was out of stock. The result was an international phone call from Mouser offering to supply a more expensive chip at the same price just so that they could clear the order from their books.

Outstanding!
