What is going on with I.C.E. these days. I placed an order thru the web months ago and tried to phone and email to get a order status without any answers. No one would every pickup the phone, or answer emails. Now months later they up and charged my credit card. How does one go and stop the order if they don't answer the phone or emails.

I don't know how you stop it, but they often do take a while to get orders out. From a number of indications, I suspect they are a small shop and move from production of one product to another, doing one product at a time. I have had them answer the phone before, though.
On the plus side, they are otherwise very good to do business with. No problems at all exchanging products, like the rotator control line suppressor that I ordered and then, before I could install it, had to replace a rotator with one that ran a higher motor voltage. I had been waiting a while for another order, and the order and the exchange turned up in the same box. That also suggests a small operation when they can catch things like that. The big operations wouldn't have connected the two shipments. I have to assume that charging your card indicates they're catching up production on what you ordered, and the order is about to come out.

I would rather warn you doing any business with I.C.E.
Search for other postings regarding I.C.E. and problems like yours. I have lost few hundreds bucks. I have been waiting almost half year and have not got my order. There was also no replay from them (even though, I have contacted them several times). Fortunately, I had my credit card insurance so got refund from bank. Otherwise, I could have all this money lost.
This is something fishy since looks like they carry selected customers (according to postings), while they even do not pick up the phone or replay e-mails.
If I were you I would try cancelling the operation through your bank immediately.

I am glad that I discovered this thread...I am dealing with the identical problem right now. What's spooky, though, is that I called them on 8/14 to add an item to an order I placed online on 8/6, and THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE. The fellow who answered the phone was very nice - he said that the shipment was already at the loading dock, but he would pull the box and add the extra item to the shipment. He also said that the shipment would still go out that very afternoon. My credit card was billed for the full shipment on 8/17, and I have been trying to call them since Friday to find out what's going on with my order. NO ANSWER. (And of course, no reply to an email sent to their help@ email address either.) I really really want these suppressors for my new base station antenna - the reviews of the products themselves are generally quite positive - but now I have to decide what to do. I think if they don't answer the phone by early next week, I'll go to the bank to get my charge refunded. What a drag.

Hi:
I have never had direct dealings with I.C.E., I have in the past ordered thru dealers. While I am completely satisfied with the products and I own quite a few of their products.
I just find dealing directly rather strange. I will wait for a few weeks to see if the package arrives. Still a strange way to conduct business.

I received my package today - not bad, less than 3 weeks after my initial order (and I added something to it 12 days ago, as well). The fact that I.C.E. can go for days without answering the phone still bugs me - what if there had been a real problem, and I couldn't reach them?
In any case, the two suppressors and filter that I received clearly have first-rate workmanship - now I can put up my antenna!

Hi Claudia:
Good to see that you got your products. I hope the fact they charged my credit card is a good indication that my stuff is on the way.....

You may just have a hope! They have charged my credit immediately and I have never got ordered items. They were not answering phones, e-mails, faxes. I have also tried to contact them through their dealer and ask guys from ARRAY SOLUTIONS to forward mine fax but. They confirmed ICE got mine fax and nothing.
I repeat again, stay away from ICE! Look into older topics on ICE. IMHO this is fishy that some have unbelievable good contact with them while others no at all.

Very Strange indeed. I have a whole protection system using ICE products. 7 suppressors, 2 filters and a mounting board. I ordered them direct with a phone call. Of course this was 3 years ago. But I had no problems and the equipment is excellent. Their products are very good, but looks like the best way to get them is thru a dealer, not direct.

I too have no idea what is going on with these guys. I placed an order last week via the web site and haven't heard a peep out of them. They don't answer the phone, fax or emails.
As far as I am concerned if you can't reach a company then they are Out of Business, it's that simple.
