Re ARRL 140 Event..

The ARRL recently ran for several days something they called an event. Thought it was much closer to a long contest.

The rules specificly stated all modes.

SO, being a rock hard core SSTV Person took the opportunity to work the event as a VE allowed to claim the 140 status sending a large number of contest calls via SSTV on the 80 and 40 meter bands.

I was able to snag only one single SSTV contact. I did not work a hell of a lot on 20 meters due to my sleep and work schedule. The low bands are my primary focus.

I was just wondering if anyone had any great or hell even moderate success on making ARRL Event contacts using SSTV and or its digital mode counterpart????
