I recently worked two stations that I am having some trouble finding addresses. One is VERY odd, the other should be easy.
The odd one is RH4HGB who I worked on PSK. Vert weak signal. She said her QTH was "Samaria", which would be the disputed Palistinian area (?)
The other is HC2CF. My notes in the log say that the QSL manager is EA2FTR, but that call does not show up in QRZ.com. Does anyone have an address for EA2FTR?

That does not appear to be a valid callsign, and no spots on DX Summit for that call either.

Try EA7FTR, a very reliable and well-known QSL manager.
Good Luck!

Entering RH4HGB into DXView reveals that the RH4H prefix is assigned to Samara, a region in European Russia.
Entering RH4HGB into Pathfinder and searching the Russian Internet Callbook yielded no information, nor did searching Google or any of the other online sources of QSL information. Either this callsign is new, or busted.
DXView and Pathfinder are members of the freeware DXLab Suite, which is available via

Well, this is making some sense. It was a very weak signal. Samaria is what I saw, but it may have been sent as Samara. I did see the call sent several times, and also got her name. I will check the databases and see if there is an update that shows this call.
Thanks for info on these databases, too.

RH-prefixes are only (and rarely) issued for special event stations.
Grepping my spot history for similar calls, RW4HBG (Valery from Samara) would be the closest active call, with a few dozen DX spots for PSK31 QSOs this year.

That WAS her name. So, the puzzle is solved. Thank you so much.
