...is now up, per the ARRL...Now if only I can get to China. Incidently, when is the best time to work China from the East Coast on 20 meters, as I am still in need of bagging it for a newbie (after 20 years of futility)? Is this a situation where I am going to have to pull my sorry butt out of bed at 4:00 am? Please advise. And the question still stands. Has anyone been able to receive any signals from China on or regarding the earthquake frequencies?

Well, my trusty software tells me that your best shots for snagging PRC on 20 meters is probably going to be 1300 - 1700Z and 2030 - 2230Z. However, I logged BA4RF (What a callsign!) at 22:55Z on March 22nd. Good Luck! Gene
