Yeah, received LOTW confirmations for Desecheo last night. Got the card several weeks ago.

Same here. I just sent in a "hybrid" DXCC application to ARRL, and was able to use LoTW credits for K5D while the nice QSL card remains in my album at home. 73, Chuck NI0C
