So installment #2 of the Australs and Marquesas DXped is underway.

Pretty good ops, a little weak but they can hear very well. So far 20 and 17 in the log.

They are on 20 cw right now (00:53), about a s-4 on my inverted v with basically no pile up.

I can't hear them well on any band. Fortunately, I have Marquesas from about 10 years ago.

Got em on 17 & 15 (both on CW) this evening with ease from the QTH here in South Carolina. They dont seem to be quite as strong as they were at Austral Islands though, but they still hear very well. Gene

They are definitely down in strength versus Australs, must be a reason but I'm not sure what it is. Marquesas is a good bit closer to the USA.

Finally got them today on 17m. The first one is usually the easiest. So, now maybe, I can work them on 40, 30 and/or 20

Loud and easy on 80 around 3 this morning my time. Hope they show on 160 when I'm around. Would be nice to see 'em on RTTY, 10 and 12, too.

I wish they would update their on-line log! Or are they even able to???. Hmmm. Oh well.
