TNOS Packet to Internet Gateway on a DOS PC Reply
by KE6MLF on May 28, 2004 Mail this to a friend!
Hi All. Is anybody still using a DOS based PC for their Packet to Internet Gateway? I am looking for some help to get my PC, TNC, and Internet configured to work.

Yes, I know that it will be better / more wonderful on Liunx. That is the next step, but for now, DOS is the item at hand.

Thanks, Eric / ke6mlf

Hi
We (me and YO5OHZ) use JNOS for packet gateway
PC 486, an old HD, network card with DOS driver and
modem (TCM3105).
We just testing this configuration and is possible to be offline.

telnet 193.231.17.24

If you need tha autoexec.nos for jnos ai can post here or mail you the file.
