I have been running IW3AUT's PMSDR for several days, using WinRad 1.32 and an ASUS 901 netbook. The unit comes as a semi-kit, with all surface-mount components already in place. Although the extension of this unit to full transceiver mode is apparently only a twinkle in the designer's eye, the unit is a lovely embodiment of a general coverage receiver, and is exceedingly portable, particularly when taken together with a netbook. More information can be found on Google at "PM-SDR Home Page."
