I seems like I saw some software that would use ur soundcard hooked to a FM rig and when It heard a DTMF seq. it would send a text message to cell fones.
has anyone seen this and know where i can find it???

Its called TextGateway...it takes DTMF from the soundcard from radio and sends a text to one or many emails/text/SMS..
I will post it on my group..
