I was given a Screwdriver antenna, I need to clean it up,I was looking for literature on it,as near as I can tell it claims to be made by El Paso Ant Co.
I was not able to locate any thing by Google Search.
Thanks for any Hints

I've heard of them, but that's all. It's important to remember, there are literally dozens of backyard screwdriver antenna manufacturers. Most are copy cats, and the majority sell very few antennas.

Legitimate manufacturers also number in the dozens, but the ones which comprise 80% of the market share total just 5 or 6.

Glad you came back , OM , I was hoping to use you article about safety, for an ARES Net Training Session on the air, If you are ok with that.
I will just take this puppy <Antenna> apart with my typical South Texas"" Hmm lets see attitude"". but it needs cleaning . was gonna put it on a pole on my all metal roof, as soon as one of my climbers can get to it.

Perhaps the ElectraSlide? http://www.striplingdata.com/

Not much left of the site. Dead links, etc. And, I think, the name of the product misspelled in the title. A name and call, though.

Mentioned here, in rather an odd way.

Apparently, a W6AAQ-modified DK3.
