Hello.
I need information how to build antenna as in topic. 4-5 meters whip. I need info how to design loading coil.
Anyone can help me?

Check out the following Web Page. Reg, G4FGQ, has written a lot of very helpful free software for Amateur Radio use. One of his programs (loadcoil.exe) designs mobile antenna loading coils.

Don't waste your time with a 5 meter whip. Full-wave whips are the only way to go for HF.
