I have a Kenwood MC-60 microphone and want to convert it for use on a Yaesu 890. Has anyone done this with good performance? Any downside?

If memory serves correctly, it just takes moving two wires inside the plug and you're in business. You'll need schematics obviously. Alan, KØBG
