Taylor Radio Co. HF Antenna Reply
by K9EZL on December 27, 2003 Mail this to a friend!
I was just given a Taylor Radio Co. HF antenna which covers 10, 15, 20, and supposedly 40 meters. I am missing the 40 meter top section. Does anyone know about this antenna? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Just wanted to say thanks to Larry for his quick response. The antenna should go up on 12/31/03.

I know I am resurrecting a rather old topic, but I just acquired one of these antennas with many of the sections still wrapped in the original plastic. However, I am missing the hardware package ( which is not really an issue ) and the assembly/tuning documentation. I can probably figure it with my analyzer and some time, but it would be nice to have at least a copy of the original paper work.
It looks to be a very nice vertical rather akin to the Hustler BTV series.
Any info on this antenna would be greatly appreciated. The only info found on google was this thread.

A model HQ-1040-AV? Sounds like a new form from the IRS! Watch out for penalties and interest.
