My father has a HW-101 transceiver and he need to replace a 6146 tube. Can anyone tell me where can I get one? Thank you.

... remember, the HW-101 *requires* a 6146A tube. It must be specifically this designation; virtually all 6146W tubes won't work, nor the 6146B. Certain 6146 (no letter) RCA tubes made only in the Harrison NJ factory between 1968 and 1976 will work. Heath supplied these tubes, relabeled, for many years.

The symptom of the tubes that won't work in this rig is that neutralization will be out of range of the cap and gimmick wire as provided.
