Hello.I am looking for an oscilloscope that I can buy for a very low price,since I am on a tight budget,dont have to be top of the line,30-35 mhz should do to align my radio,so if you have one you could get rid of or sell for a low price please let me know....thanks

When all else fails, try EBAY...but be careful. Make certain that the seller has a return policy. I've seen several very good buys on 100MHz scopes for under $100. If you can get a working 453B or 465B for that price, I'd say it's worth a shot. Avoid things like Tek 2215's, though. They were junk; I gave mine away.
An HP1740 or 1741 is a good alternative to a Tek 465 and can be had for about the same price. There are a couple of them on Ebay right now for $100 or less (as of 24 July). One even comes with probes.
Some of the off-brand scopes made by Hameg, Philips or B&K are useable but they're not built to the quality standards of Tek or HP scopes.

I bought two Tek scopes a few years ago. 60 MHz and 100 MHz, each under $100.
