Source for small Tilt Bail? Reply
by W2FFQ on October 23, 2009 Mail this to a friend!
I'm trying to locate a parts supplier that offeres a small tilt-bail (on the order of what you'd find on an ic 703 - narrow width and low aspect - not too high).

Mouser has bails, but they are all too big.

Elecraft has one that might work (the ETS15 @ 1.5"), but I am hoping to locate on that's just a little smaller (more like 1" high).

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Ten Tec sells tilt bales for the cabinet lines they carry. I don't recall whether or not they have different height bales, but I found the one I bought from them to be very solid and useful.
