I recently upgraded my license to extra. On the licensing form, I forgot to mark the check box to update my callsign. I didn't realize what I had done until I received my new license in the mail yesterday and I still had the same callsign. Is there a way to fix this?

Log on to the ULS and request a new sequential callsign. It's in the menu all the way to the right.

I think you can request a new sequential call online , on the FCC site , at no cost. I'm not sure of that , but I'd give it a try. You can get a a CORES password online , if you don't have one. You'll need that and and your FRN , which is printed on the license. A link is below.
Call the help line at the bottom of the page if you get hung up . The people there actually DO help. If that didn't do it for me, and I was a paid-up ARRL member , I'd call the VE desk in Newington. They do this every day, and it's nice to have *people* .

Steve came up with the simple answer while I was typing my lengthy guess. Anyway , the link is good :-)
