Looking for an old buddy, named Jack "Brad",,, I forget his last name,,,, in Brandon MS,,, are there any data bases that list hams by name or QTH rather than call?

you can search by name, city and state, callsign. Just click on Database in left column.

I searched Brandon, Ms. and turned up a couple of Jack B. names.
