I'm trying to contact my Elmer, John Godwin. He used to be K4MHS. Originally hailed from Salisbury NC and moved to Maitland FL in 1971 where I met him.

John let his ticket lapse in the 1980's and renewed with some 2x2 call.

K4MHS has been re-issued to a High School

Please - this is not the same John Godwin that lives in Texas

Any help out there?

Paul

Your email address didn't work for me on QRZ.com, so here's what I found out.

Go to http://wireless2.fcc.gov/UlsApp/UlsSearch/searchAdvanced.jsp
and enter Godwin in the name column. You will see 85 names listed. One is K5IUA in Sweeny, TX and the other is KI4CAL, a recent Tech, so I think that can be ruled out.

Go to http://ssdi.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi bin/ssdi.cgi click on
advanced search and enter godwin. You will find many Godwins.

Good Luck,
