Range Rover Antenna Mounting Reply
by KF6TJC on May 29, 2001 Mail this to a friend!
Here's a good one for everyone to chew on... I have a Range Rover that I'd like to install a dual band mobile rig in. Here's the problem: The body panels - including the roof - are aluminum. Could it be easy to rip an NMO mount out of if I were in a garage or smacked a tree? It's a tall vehicle anyways and it's been raised a couple of inches. It does see mud, snow & dirt.

73,
Erik
