FET Dual Gate Transistor 3SK126GR Reply

My e-mail address is now herbaaa@stargate.net.
I ordered a 3SK7(GR)from East Coast Transistor and they sent me the subject type as a replacement since the one I ordered is no longer available.
The replacement physical size and shape are not the same. It is a very much smaller square with four very short leads at each end of the square. There are no identifying labels or marks except one on what appears to be the top. This label seems to be a UC spread clear across the surface. I need to replace Q5 on the IF board of my TS440S.

Question: Can anyone provide me with the lead G1;G2;S;D identification for the 3SK126GR FET Dual Gate Transistor?

Hi, Maybe this will help.....The FET is made by Toshiba. I was not able to get a datasheet from their site, but it uses the same package/pin outs as their other dual gate FETs. The large pin is pin 4 and is the Source. The small pin on the same side is pin 3 and is the Drain. The pin opposite the Source is pin 1 and is Gate 1. The pin opposite the Drain is pin 2 and is Gate 2. The package marking should have the bottom of the letters along the side with the Source and Drain.

There are several sites on the Internet with data sheets. Go to www.google.com and search for 3sk126 and it will take you to them. 73.....Jim
