T/R Delay for Yaesu FT-7 Reply
by W6SBE on October 30, 2002 Mail this to a friend!
I have a Yaesu FT-7 which has no T/R switch delay after pushing the cw key. The T/R relay tries to disengage between each dit on cw instead of a delay of a half second or so. The semi break-in time delay control on the control board has no effect on the instant delay. The rig seems to work ok on SSB but I operate QRP with cw so I need the T/R to work properly. Has anyone had a similar problem and knows the solution? Dan-W6SBE <w6sbe@earthlink.net>
