If rig's tx power is set to maximum it begans to fade after 2 minutes even without any actual tx, but it recovers after a dsp reset. What does it mean? Software fault?

If you are not actually transmitting, how do you know the output is dropping?
How are you measuring the output?
what mode(s) are you using?

ICOM 7200 only supports am/ssb.

I mean that TX power drops by time, whenever it's on or off.
First I detected it by responses from my listeners, than tried to look what actually happens to it all the time and a simple test with an induction tester proved that the TX actually degrades.

I have no idea what an "induction tester" is.
On air reports are generally worth what you pay for them.
You need to check the power out with a calibrated watt meter/SWR bridge while transmitting with a dummy load attached to the output. The output meter/bridge goes between the ring and the dummy load.
I see two possibilities: you have a bad antenna/feedline causing the SWR protection circuit in the rig to shut it down and you have an insufficient power supply.
Tell me about your antenna system and your power supply.
<< ICOM 7200 only supports am/ssb.>>
It also supports CW.

Tell us about the antenna, the "listeners", and your call sign.

Thank you very much, we got a faulty power supply, with a weird malfunction ... there were dead bugs in it. Still don't get what did it have with DSP.
