Channel 13 TVI Reply

I Have strong TVI on Channel 13, no other channels are affected. when operating 28.120. Have beads on the tv antenna feed, low pass and high pass filters. All antennas and the station are saftey grounded (3 seperate ground rods). I use a 10 meter vertical dipole up 40 feet and a mini G5RV up 35 feet. The TV is new. Any other ideas out there?

I Have strong TVI on Channel 13, no other channels are affected. when operating 28.120.<

::Question: Does it happen only on 28.120, or other frequencies also? What's special about 28.120?

>Have beads on the tv antenna feed<

::How many, what material, and where are they located?

>low pass and high pass filters. All antennas and the station are saftey grounded (3 seperate ground rods).<

::Grounds do nothing for TVI about 99.9% of the time. It's possible they could make it worse. Did you try disconnecting the grounds to see if it makes a difference?

>I use a 10 meter vertical dipole up 40 feet and a mini G5RV up 35 feet. The TV is new. Any other ideas out there?<

::Where's the TV antenna, compared with the dipole and G5RV? How does its transmission line run, compared with those antennas, and compared with the transmission lines from those antennas?

Thanks for the help in thinking it out. I was able to add a tuned stub to the TV and the TVI went away. XYL is happy, therefore, I am happy....
