About 6 month ago I purchased a brand new Yaesu Rotator Model G-5500 and recently completed (I thought) its installation but but now I found that the antennas are not pointing to the azimuth set in control box in the range from 180 to 360 deg.
The rotator responds correctly in the range from 0 to 180 deg, but gets off the azimuth settings in the range from 180 to 360 deg, contrary to the settings in the control box.
I have double checked the six wire cable connections but they are correct as per the installation instructions. Also, I used a compass to fix the 0 deg heading to the North.
Comments and suggestions to correct this malfunction will be appreciated.

Did you perform the "Pre-installation adjustments" per the owners manual? If so, I'll try to find a Yaesu guru for you to call.
