THIS CASE WAS SETTLED IN A WISCONSIN COURT. THIS CROOK GOT BY PAYING $12,000 AND SOME CHANGE FOR RESTUTION TO MOST IF NOT ALL THE VICTIMS, BUT NO JAIL TIME. MORE FEDERAL INVESTIGATIONS ARE APPARENTLY STILL PENDING.

Why should they have been deleted? If the issue was factual, (which apparently it was) it served to provide information for the rest of the community.

It's interesting to note that done of His/Her "defenders" have the cajones to post with a name and/or call sign. It makes anything they say suspect as to its veracity.
