Call the manufacturer and get the information from them. If the manufacturer went out of business, find out what current manufacturers specify.
Towers make an awfull mess when the fall down.

The ARRL has a list of consulting civil engineers who can help you. These engineers live in various places throughout the country. Many of these people are retired engineers. A call to the ARRL may provide a local Ham with the experience you seek.
I had the help of one of the consulting engineers three years ago when I put up a used commercial grade steel freestanding tower. I needed base construction details which did not exist.
The engineer made a sketch for me which I had professionally redrawn. He signed off on the print and affixed his P.E. seal. There were no issues when I went to get a building permit (other than if it falls, will it land on your property!. I took in a copy of my plot showing the proposed tower position.)
Oh yes! Make sure you get a building permit!
Regards,

A standard is 70-80% of your tower hight is the distance out from the base to go with your guys. Of course, this is only one standard I read about it.

the best rule of thumb is to place your guy post at least 80% of your tower hght.this will give you the proper angle for guys to work ie..45 degs. then use the A^2 + B^2=C^2 THEORY.to get your guy cable lenghts.
