I have no experience with bearcats but with most scanners all you do is (if the scanner has this button) press program, enter the frequency and press enter. No offense, but did you read the manual? Good luck with your scanning.

I had a lot scanner but this is a hard one to set up uniden BC-246T, need some help...................

Go to Yahoo.com and select "Groups". If you type in bc246t exactly you will see 4 user groups for this scanner. I have joined the Pro-95 and Pro-94 User groups for my scanners and the th-g71 group for my Kenwood HT and found them to be helpful. Hope this helps.
