I have a LUNAR ELECTRONICS MM PAG 144 Preamplifier, the GASFET is gone... I don't know which kind it is... PLEASE HELP. Does anybody get a ELECTRICAL SCHEME Oof it? many thanks for your kind cooperation best 73 ik5mdf / 8q7df

I show this as a single gate FET, type U310, according to my old Lunar manual. Readily available for a couple of dollars. WB2WIK/6
