APRS On an HT Reply

I am new to ham radio, and have a Yaesu Ft-530; it is old and does not have a port for a GPS. I was told by someone there is a GPS that goes on the antenna BNC connector instead; If so I would love to have a web site adress and maybe a price if possible. might be a stupid question but could not hurt to ask.

Thanks! KJ4PKO
