Some years ago I bought a programming cable for the VX-5R with USB connector. Worked great, but now I can't find the driver CD! I have had no luck on the net. Any suggestions would be great appreciated.
I tried the prolific technologies drive since Vista ID it as that but no luck.
Just color me frustrated.

This is a follow-up. I located an appropriate driver (from Prolific) that works under XP. No luck with either Vista or Windows7. Thankfully VMware makes having a machine available running XP is trivial and available on demand.
So the radio configuration is now downloaded to Commander.
