I have seen advertised an antenna support for portable operation where at the base is a horizontal plate...that you drive your car on top of, to keep it secure. Actually, a friend of mine made one in metal shop way back when I was in high school . Now many years later...I've seen one advertised. Anyone know who is peddling such and item? Thanks!!! ...Dave

I dont know who sells them in the US but Waters and Stanton and most other UK retail outlets supply them http://www.wsplc.com/acatalog/Info_4424.html It may be quite cheap to import as the UK pound is currently so weak Otherwise I imagine any good metal basher could fabricate this product from a photo and rough dimensions without too much trouble
