Paul,

There is a company called INRAD (International Radio)that has excellent filters but spending that kind of $$$ on a TS-940 may not be prudent. First, the stock filters are not bad! The performance increase from new filters may simply not be justified. Also you are looking at 15 year old technology with a TS-940. You may find that selling it and adding whatever you were willing to spend for filters might just put you into a radio that would please you more.

With the dual SSB Slope Tune, this radio doesn't need anything more than it already has.
